Beautiful 12 oz pour in the tall glass. Light amber color with long-lasting suds. Great mouthfeel-- both creamy and prickly. Medium body. Flavor is totally unique. Tastes like green peppers, black pepper, green apples, and jicama. Most interesting an likable flavors, however indescribable.
This is fairly malty at first, not really bitter even after the hop flavors emerge, but rather tart in the vein of many Saisons. The aftertaste touches on more bitterness. A thoroughly interesting brew I'm glad to have encountered. On tap at Pizza Paradiso in Georgetown. [transcribed from notes ; 06/10/2012 visit]

A: Lemony like lemon juice, cloudy but with lots of carbonation, and 4 fingers of off white foamy head.
S: Lemon, lemon zest, vitamin c (non chewable) or aspirin. Belgian yeasts, dill pickle, very light.
T: Lightly sweetened lemonade but without the same acidity so more like a lemon drink but without the sweetness, dill as in the herb, vitamin c or aspirin. Certainly children’s aspirin. Not getting the alcohol which is great for more than 7% ABV.
M: Light body, lots of foamy carbonation, dry finish.
O: Excellent brew. Less is more as far as flavor, alcohol level and weightiness. This is more because of its light feel, less sweetness, dry character, and overall light herbal quality. Bought in Savannah, drank in Cocoa Beach July 10th, 2014.
