Bierkraft growler into a Burgundy tumbler.
A: Clear orange with a large, thick head that lasts. Decent lacing.
S: Initially the hops come through, then cloves, banana/bubblegum and other fruit. There's some breadiness in there too.
T: The banana, clove and other effects of the Belgian yeast are strong. Some more spiciness (although I can't identify the spices) comes through on the tongue. The malt is pretty subdued. The finish has a touch of cleansing hop bitterness.
M: A bit thin. Crisp, somewhat dry. Nicely heavy carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink but still interesting. I would love to be able to get this by the six-pack in the summer. A growler is not the best container for this beer.
