Appearance: Dark amber color with a good head and substantial lacing.
Smell: Strong spicy aroma, even a bit sweet like cinnamon. I would hope for more of a pumpkin aroma in this style.
Taste: Slightly sweet taste with raw pumpkin highlights. Begins with more of a malt flavor and finishes with more of a hops taste. Taste a little on the light side. Bitterness increases as beer warms but not overly so.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body. I could use a more chewy texture, but it tends to disappear quickly. Light carbonation.
Drinkability: Overall very pleasant and easy to drink but could use more character.
Serving type: bottle
