Had this one from the cask at O'Duffy's in Kalamazoo in a pint class which they call a tulip (even though it isn't).
Poured with a three-or-four finger head of creamy bubbles that lasted two thirds through the beer (I mean, it was from the cask) and left a great thick lacing along the side of the glass. A bit hazy, but in a way I found desirable.
It was pretty standard American Wheat. A lot of coriander up front with a malty finish, kind of weak, but still delicious.
The mouthfeel was phenomenal. To have a cask conditioned beer is such a treat, and I'm glad my neighborhood bar always has one beer on cask. It was silky smooth and almost creamy up until the last few sips, and even then it was pretty smooth. There was certainly carbonation, but not with any kind of bite. Whether it was the beer or the serving type, I don't know, but this beer was outstanding. If it weren't a bit pricey, I'd down them all night, every night, until the cask runs out.

Appearance: Very thin layer of head, slight orange color.

Smell: Has a very strong orange smell, not too many other smells that I pick up.

Taste: There is a strong orange, bitter taste. Pretty smooth with a slight spiciness.

Overall: I really enjoy this beer and is a nice change of pace from IPAs i have been drinking as of recently. Its somewhat light but has a nice orange taste, not over the top.

$4 bottle from Buffalo Wild Wings in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.

Appearance: Orange sort of color with a nice two finger head on it. I don't recall the clarity on it, since I wasn't paying too much attention. Decent lacing. Pours pretty nicely.

Smell: Refreshing. Quite a bit of citrus, with some slight hoppiness.

Taste/feel: Also refreshing, with plenty of citrus and grain. Reasonably high carbonation to help with that, yes, I'm using the word again, refreshing flavor/feel. There's a solid amount of orange and orange peel sort of oil/bitterness in this brew, but yet it never becomes overwhelming. Surprised the alcohol is 6.2%, as it feels like an even 5%, but what's an extra percent? Anyway, I'd gladly have another.

A: The beer is clear light amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down and left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of wheat are present in the nose along with hints of lemon citrus.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and is mostly dominated by flavors of wheat along with light bits of lemon citrus.
M: It feels a bit higher than light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink but lacks complexity—I didn't get any of the coriander or spices in the taste.
