Pours with an extraordinary amount of head. Loads of carbonation streaming upwards. There's almost too much head retention and thick, foamy lacing.
Aroma of light lemony citrus and the skin of an unpeeled yellow grapefruit.
Taste is a light creamy caramel, citrus and a very mild bitterness, just a light touch of pine. Finishes quick with little aftertaste.
Mouthfeel is a little watery and despite the visual carbonation there isn't enough of a crisp snap here, which leaves the flavours muted.
The extreme carbonation in the pour and the lack of carbonation in the mouthfeel coupled with the restrained taste make this a pretty mediocre offering.
