A - Pours a solid deep amber with a very small quarter finger worth of head. Leaves decent amounts of lacing.
S - I didn't detect a lot in this department, Which is weird because typically IPA's are full of scents. All I was able to smell were and hops and nothing more. Good hops at the least.
T - The taste is very smooth and hoppy, almost on par with Mad Hatter. Quite a bit of malt comes through, but it completely lacks the grapefruit backbone that a lot of IPA's have. Still, Very easy to drink for 8%.
M - The mouthfeel remains the same, Except the mildest banana I have ever tasted comes and disappears within seconds. Other than that, The malt stays dominant.
O - Overall, This was a good IPA. Nothing exceptional. But it's the first beer that Arcadia has made that I have enjoyed this much.
