On-tap at Tustin

A: The pour is a light straw color with a finger's worth of white head.

S: Smells very similar to a witbier, to be honest. Coriander, citrus peel, banana, yeast, and sweet bready malts. A touch of floral hops round things out.

T: There is a definite sweetness to the beer that is partially bread and malt, but also what tastes like some adjuncts (seemingly corn). No idea if corn was actually used, but it tastes like it. The yeast esters are there too, with some slight spice, along with a subtle earthy and floral hop note.

M: The body is light to medium with a moderate level of carbonation.

D: It's cool to see these guys experimenting more, but this one needs a bit of work. Not quite up to par with some of their other beers.
