12oz can, best by 10/14/2014, poured into an unlabeled snifter 7/25/2014.
A- Hazy dark yellow body, half finger white head that is very short-lived. Very placid looking brew. No lacing to speak of. Essentially average in terms of appearance.
S- Lime juice, a bit of salt, wheat and pale malt. Smells sort of like a margarita, but of course you can't miss the fact that it's a beer, if that makes sense.
F- Heavy on the lime, touch of salt, a bit of sweet wheat bread flavour. A little bit of a vegetal cilantro-like flavour on the finish. Not particularly tart, just more of a lime flavour than anything else.
M- Medium in body, on the thinner side. Lacking a bit of carbonation here. Refreshing, heavy on the lime+cilantro on the backend.
O- Interesting take on the Gose, let's call it a Tex-Mex version of the German style given that it has a heavy lime flavour with a little bit of cilantro. Not my favorite Gose as it's not as tart as Westbrook's version, but it does have a bit more in common with Leipzeiger's version than Westbrook's.

Pours a cloudy golden beer with little to no head. Smells like lime, a little stale. Taste is very light and limey like a Mexican lager with a lime in it, the lime really shines through definitely not in the background. Body is very light and clean. Its a refreshing pool side drinker, nothing extremely special, but super sessionable and great for outside.
