A- Pours black with some black walnut highlights. About a finger of uniform cocoa head and lots of pocadot lacing.
S- Heavily roasted nuts- almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts; fresh coffee grounds;
T- Bits of dark sweetness poke around lots of roast and coffee. A hefty amount of coffee and a hefty amount of sweetness leading to a nice balanced and complex pas de deuz of a taste.
M- Nothing too strong in terms of bitterness or sweetness, so it goes down nicely.
O- A very nice roasty porter with sweet and bitter notes throughout along with a coffee flavor that invites but doesn't overwhelm.
