Poured into a pint glass from a 12oz bottle.
A - Pours a medium gold, forming a 1/2 inch white head with medium lacing.
S - Strong hop aroma with the malts noticeable in the background.
T - Taste starts off with a strong hop punch of citrusy hops but quickly gives way to a full malt/bready body. The hops return, not as strong, in the finish.
M - Medium bodied with an average amount of carbonation for the style.
D - The hop flavor was not as strong as expected and the malts had a little more presence than I would have wanted. That aside, this is still a sessionable beer.

Nice golden hue to the beer as an IPA should be. Has a nice hoppy IPA smell. Taste is definitely the way it should be. Brewed to perfection. Smooth hit on the palate. Nice and hoppy with a nice bitter bite at the end. Definitely a great Texas IPA. Impressed with real ale I a regular basis!

Another Real Ale Brewing Co.,this IPA has a nice malty flavor for an IPA and at 62 IBU is up there a bit. As a "hop-head" this is not over the top but it has a very nice taste and is a beer you wouldn't mind having a few, especially on a warm, summer night in New England.
