Had this on tap at the Moth. Poured a solid black with a tan head.
Smelled of roasted, sweet malt and some spicy hops.
Tasted of roasted malt and sweetness that is complimented by an interesting hop character. It's almost spicy, which I'm guessing comes from some noble hops?
It has a medium to heavy body and is almost creamy.
This is a solid Imp Stout with a different hop profile than I'm used to, which makes it interesting. Nothing knocked me out, but it is a big enough beer and tasty.
Serving type: on-tap
