(From notes)

Room-temp cask to 12 oz. shaker. No head given.

Look- Hazy straw. Light foam, film persists until glass is emptied. Just a touch of sediment.

Smell- Fruity, cracker, bubblegum, candy, pineapple, starfruit, lemonade.

Taste- Better than expected after having one of the F4 cans also released at the anniversary event. Follows the nose. Fruity, juicy, almost hefe feel. Very mango-like. Finishes with light biscuit, some sweetness, and just a touch of herbal bitterness. Very nice. More complex than anticipated, very refreshing. Almost APA-like, but light amber malt and soft fruit retain the place of honor.

Mouthfeel- Smooth, soft carb, jucy, medium body. Moderately dry, mineral water finish.

Overall- Pretty darn good, particularly for a blonde ale. F4 is a decent everyday beer, but this blows it out of the water. The dry-hopping in the cask adds a very fresh, fruity, citric feel without adding too much bitterness. I feel like they may have brewed this with more residual sugars than usual to compliment the flavor, but that's just a hunch. Recommended, if you can get it.
