Popped in here real quick last night after dinner at Clancy's. First thing I noticed was the poor selection of wine, and then the giant rack of nudie mags. Wow. Yikes. But alas, If you can make your way behind the grubby façade you'll find a very decent selection of micros, very giant wall of singles. I ended up buying an entire case of Stone 10th when I was there. I did notice that the place seems a little warm though which frightened me a little as I was worried the beer might have been ruined (but thank gawd, it was fine). And they don't accept cash, which is irritating, so if you plan to go make sure you hit up the ATM machine before hand. (652 characters)

This is the closest place to me that has a decent variety of nice beers. They have very little cooler space and most of it is reserved for macros. You have to go around to a "hidden" back hallway to find a pretty decent selection of micro singles and 6pcks.

Full lineups of Stone, Lagunitas, Flying Dog, Great Lakes and some select Founders, Bells, Weihenstephaner, Rogue, and others. Only problem is while the selection is pretty good, I'm pretty sure that most of it has been here for a decent amount of time (ie. about 20 bombers of the winter release of YuleSmith DIPA in the middle of July). This isn't really a shock because the store is primarily wine and liquor so high quality micro sales are not the primary objective. However this could be a blessing in disguise for some brews that cellar especially well (Old Guardian 07 found in 09).

Some stuff is a bit pricey but every once in a while you get a good deal too. I probably evens itself out in the long run.

Overall a decent place with a nice selection that keeps a decent amount of my favorites in stock. (1,073 characters)

I live right down the street from this store and have only visited it twice. While the beer selection is very good, especially considering that the store itself is relatively small, the prices are definitely on the expensive end. To complicate matters, none of there beers (6-packs or singles) are labeled with a price. I was surprised when I got to the cashier with an Arrogant Bastard bomber only to find out that it was priced at about $7. There are many places to buy beer within a few miles that provide an adequate selection at substantially better prices. I will not be frequenting Manor Wine. (600 characters)

As others have stated this wine store has a serious lack of good wine. However, the beer selection is quite good. In the back corner of the store is a large selection of microbrews. They carry Rogue, Great Lakes, Brooklyn Brewery, Aventinus, and an assortment of other good beers. They keep them out of the light but the place was a little on the warm side when I went. They have an awesome cold room, but they carry very little chilled micros. You may want to keep an eye on the dates on bottles also since most of the stuff has a layer of dust. They only accept cash, which is a hassle, but if you're after a good beer, this is a good place to go. (649 characters)

This is a wine store. That being said, I was blown away by the variety tucked away in an unnoticed part of the store - you almost have to ask. Although many of the singles bottles are dusty there is an incredible array of beers. This is maybe a great place for collectors. I saw old bottles of Rogues that were bottled before they went to the silkscreen. Plenty of good fresh sixers as well. Virtually no cooled beers so who knows what the contents will be like. (462 characters)
