A supermarket sized store. Coolers in back, and warm singles, six-packs, and cases to the right from entrance. There are empty sixer sleeves to mix your own pack. If you buy six or more singles they also give you a ten percent discount on these beers. Most of what they have is fresh and rotated seasonally.

There was no staff around to help in the aisle, but, the staff at the register was friendly. Unfortunatly, I think due to the size and feel of the store, there isn't much that will ever improve the staff's help.

While there are other stores that offer a wider range overall, Crazy Bruce's did have the largest seasonal selection I have seen in the state. A very decent balance.

Overall, you get a good price if you aren't looking for anything you need a staffers help with. A decent place if your near it, and worth a short detour if your looking for more then standard macros.

Crazy Bruce's Liquors they have the bargains for you. Saw the commercials for this place on you tube a while ago and thought that Bruce was truly crazy. I didn't think that it was even real. My friends and I looked it and saw it was legit. We planned a road trip up there shortly after.

We got up there on a bright summer day and were pretty excited to look around and see just his crazy it was there. Overall it was impressive to see their selection of beers and liquor. Lots of room to move around and plenty to look at in there.

The beer aisle is where my friends and I did the most damage. We each came out of there with 6 packs of beer. We managed to pick up about 24 different kinds total. I found the mix and match area of the store was pretty nice. I expected that I was gonna buy some kind of liquor there before we walked in. Thankfully they had the beer section.

The prices weren't too bad here either. Just about everything was affordable. Overall the experience was fun, we were all hoping to get a picture with Bruce but we found out that he only does the commercials these days because other people own the stores. That was my only flaw with the place.

This is surprisingly the only place to go to pick up good beer if you're in Bristol. It's a huge, warehouse type store. A decent cooler space of six packs is found in the back, and warm six packs and singles are on the far right side. They do allow you to mix a six, which is nice.

The selection is better than most stores, but not excellent. Their selection of bombers is a bit small for the size of the store, and it seems like they are put in an area that can cause light struck beer. I haven't had any problems with freshness here, but I would watch out. They do mark downs on old beer. Sometimes, this can be a good score ($4 for a six pack of 4 month old Ipswitch Harvest) or make you wonder why the beer is still out there (2+ year old praying mantis porter, complete with floaties).

Service is neither good or bad, as you would expect with a big store. They do sell glassware, which is a plus. I found some great mini Chimay glasses that I've never seen. Prices are okay. Great if your buying cases of beer, but some of the bombers are overpriced.

This was my go-to place when my job was based out of Bristol.

Huge place with plenty of aisle space which is always a plus. One entire aisle is devoted to beer and the whole back wall is a cooler of beer as well. The whole aisle is broken down into categories nicely too.. Belgians, imports, ciders/malted beverages, then all the micro's separated by region ending with the seasonal beers. While the usual micro stock stays pretty constant, the seasonal one is updates frequently. Mixed sixers are encouraged and easy to make with the singles being right next to the 6 packs. There's a 10% discount on this too.. I found an average of .30-.40 cent markup on the singles which isn't too bad. For brands you see the usual DFH, Sam Adams, Saranac, Otter Creek/Wolavers etc. but they're is always some crazy, rare six pack there that you've never heard of. Prices are hit or miss, their 12 packs seem a bit overpriced but 6ers right on par. But.. right when you walk in there are great clearance items (usually of stock they don't even carry) and you can get microbrewery bombers for 99 cents or microbrewery 12 packs for 5.99/6.99. This clearance area is updated about once a week but I've found cases of Ithaca's Cascazilla here.. cha-ching! So yeah, great place for Bristol area, tons of parking, easy to walk around in, pretty good selection.. check it out.

Crazy Bruces is a large place, which I like, and there are plenty of options here. Wide aisles and a shopping cart in hand, I came across a good spread of regional brewers such as Dogfish Head, Shipyard, Sam Adams.
12oz bottles are sold of course in 6 and 12 packs, along with decent section to mix your own six.
Great selection of macro brewers and liquors as well.
Convenient location, great parking, good prices and a friendly staff help make this place a must for anyone who lives in the Bristol/Farmington area.

“Crazy Bruce’s” store is pretty nice. As most of the other reviews have mentioned, the beer section is located in the far side from the entrance. A nice selection of beer is up for sale. I like the idea they have; next to the six packs are the singles of the six packs so you can choose one or the sixer. The coolers are also well stocked with micro and macro brews. I was walking around and was asked if I needed any help. The lady already pointed out what I had figured out but it was nice that someone asked. If I land this job in Bristol…I’ll be back for sure.
