I visited the Magnolia during a long weekend in San Francisco. It was my first time in town and at the Magnolia. It was a great experience. We did not take any notes on the beers in order to review, but everyone was happy with their choices. Dad had the burger and Kalifornia Kolsch. Brother had the Waldorf salad and Proving Ground IPA. I had the grilled ham and cheese along with both the Prescription Pale and Blue Bell Bitter. Mom had the Yam Sandwich and root beer. All were excellent - we passed the beverages and the food around the table for tastes (family is good for that). I would highly recommend the Magnolia to anyone visiting San Francisco and will return with I get back there. An excellent place for the late lunch we had after hiking in Muir Woods.

A: well. It is Haight/Ashbury. So, there is a bit of nostalgia. Grateful Dead playing all night long. Interesting patrons. Loud.
Q: the devils on horseback are delicious. The beer is good. Hotwings are good.
S: friendly and informative. Chilled out.
Selection: approximately 12 beers on tap. Good menu is limited, but tasty selections.
F: can't complain. What we had was all tasty.
