Appearance - A golden amber color with a light foamy head which quickly disappears.
Smell - Malt and bubbly carbonation.
Taste - Tastes grainy and seems to be missing something? Hops abound creating a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel - Crisp and clean. Light bodied.
Drinkability - Despite the name, this is not quite a euro Pilsener. Summit beers are great, but they need to rethink this. More malt and less hops would be an improvement.

Poured into a pint glass.
Cloudy yellow. Lots of lacing.
Smells like malt and grass.
Tastes like a typical pilsner, very smooth. Hop bite at the end.
I like this beer but it's nothing to write home about. The Summit sampler is a bargain at 14.50 however.
Would have again.
