A- Pours light, one-dimentional golden hue, clean white head with pretty good retention.
S- Bread dough, grass or fresh hay, slight lemony brightness
T- Strikes a nice balance, slight sweetness finishing with a restrained bitterness
M- Very nice mouthfeel for the style. Not thin at all, noble hop flavor stays in the back and roof of mouth and throat

This is a decent pilsener. Not too shabby.
Pours a yellow, gold color. Not very transparent. Decent head.
Smells like a pilsener.
It's got a bitter pilsener taste with a lot of hops. I like hops.
Medium body with light carbonation.
This is good, not great.

Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – Poured a nice light golden color. The beer had a large thick white head with great retention but eventually fades to give a great level of lacing.
Smell – The aroma is biggest of a bready malt with notes of yeast, pepper and some lightly sweetened lemon citrus.
Taste – The taste begins mostly of a bready taste with some light lemon hop flavors. As the taste moves on the hop gets slightly stronger and the bready flavor becomes more “buttery” and takes on a more biscuit nature. In the end a light grassy flavor come to the tongue blending with the lemon to leave a lingering aftertaste..
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was of average thickness with a carbonation level that was also very average as well.
Overall – It’s a pretty good Pilsener with a decent flavor, feel and look. Worth a try, but nothing to go out of your way for.

355ml bottle poured into a 16oz pilsner glass.
A - Pours an effervescent golden-yellow with a bubbly white head that recedes quickly. Mediocre retention, but some nice sticky patches of lacing. Nice bottle and cap too.
S - Pretty straight forward aroma. Nice bready malt with some grassy hops lingering. A touch of sweet cereal and honey too. Simple, mild, and quite true to style.
T - Lots of bready malt presence upfront with light notes of honey, citrus and grassy sweetness. A gentle earthy hop character permeates the palate, giving some balance to the malty side of this brew. Slight metallic twang in the finish, with an ever-so-slight bitterness. As it warms flavors of honey and melon become more pronounced. Simple and as expected, highly drinkable.
M - Biting carbonation, too much so for my personal taste, but a degree of fizziness is expected with the style. Light body, but not watery. Overall refreshing and easy to drink.
D - Basically just a simple craft pils. All around, it's insanely drinkable and mild, but also lacks depth and complexity. That being said, this style doesn't typically boast the most complex beers anyways. Some reviews on here imply a lack of hop flavor in this brew, but I certainly taste enough to qualify this as a Czech pilsener. A tasty and refreshing lawnmower beer at worst.

Appearance: Translucent straw with a bubbly white head.
Aroma: Getting that funky lager yeast smell. A little malt and a hint of citrus from the hops.
Taste: Typical craft brewed pilsener. Bready with a small hop bite. Getting some corn or other adjunct in there but it isn't exactly out of place in this style. There's nothing really bad to say about this one but nothing incredibly positive to say either.
Mouthfeel: At the lower end of medium bodied. Nice level of carbonation. Goes down pretty smooth. Above average drinkability.
Final Thoughts: I'm not sure this beer deserves the status of being a year-round brew by Summit. It does the job but definitely doesn't leave me wanting more. However, this beer is never out of place at a summer picnic or backyard barbecue.
