Mmmm... smells like an IPA, good sign...

A-Pours a beautiful, clear deep red wine color with a nice creamy medium dark ivory color head that has ok retention, with real good lacing.

S-Let me tell you about the aroma, it's bright lemon cirtus, almost piney all the way until the very end when the head almost completely dissapears and gives way to the strong caramel background the malt gives. Very nice. If I didn't have eyes, I would think this is an IPA by the smell. Which is not a bad thing.

T-The flavor is a more balanced red ale flavor. Has a strong caramel maltiness to it, not sweet because of the pungent hop bitterness to balance. And a citrus hop flavor is so prevelant in this wonderful beer. Then again, if I didn't have eyes, i just might think this was an IPA... maybe this is not as to style as many would want, but you gotta admit, that this is a good beer.

M-It has a creamy full medium body that is slightly dry in the end with a strong lingering bitterness. The malt coats the mouth thinkly, but is smoothed away by the bitterness and the tad dryness in the end.

D-This goes down very smooth. I could have a few pints of this if it was on tap somewhere. Pretty sessionable I'd say. If you are a hop lover like me, I'd advise you go get some of this hoppy red ale.

Red Ale pours a dark reddish color, with a nice lacing head. There is a nice sharp malty aroma, with good hop notes. Taste is the same, good bold malty backbone, with a nice noticeable sharp bite near the end. Nice feel, and a nice carbonation feel. Overall its a nice flavorful red.
