A: Rich golden to tangerine in color. Honestly, this is the clearest beer I have ever sampled-you could read a book through it. Very nice 2 finger creamy white head and some dreamy lacing.
S: Tropical mango dominates off the bat, orange, pineapple, and papaya follow. Clean woodsy pine, juicy and sweet florals.
M: Smooth and very soft on plate, medium body. Maybe some more carbonation to give the flavors some more intensity. Finishes a bit dry on the finish.
T/O: Really matches the nose. Big sweet and juicy fruits at the beginning. Apricot, mango, and pineapple. Bitterness comes in half through, and remains thereafter through the finish. Tastes of pine on the end with residual notes of orange and grapefruit. This beer is citrusy, juicy, piney, and sweet. Really attractive presentation. It's balanced well and the notes are blended as well. Not as bitter considering the 80 IBUs, which is attributable to how the extent of the flavors melding so well.
