Vibrant orange in color with a thin white head, medium/high carbonation with medium to large bubbles.
Aroma is hay, honey, peaches, (carob?), light earthy-spicy-yeasty-moldy notes with faint sweaty note.
Taste is unripe grapefruit peel, lime leaves, ginger and apricot. There is almost zero sweetness here, (so dry you can tast the carbonation -- not that that's uncommon in these thingies) carries a nice salty note as well. It's like drinking sting nettle but in a very good way.
Very dry, super complex, ultra great. Very drinkable but you may have to settle in to it a bit.
