Very good flavor with a very good head that lasts. It had a very nice color and is very drinkable. You can certainly tell it is an alcoholic beverage as it is apparent in the smell and the taste. That said, it is a quite good brew That I look forward to enjoying again.

Poured into a tulip glass.

A - Hazy gold brown, cloudy. Thick white head.

S - Roast malts, citrus

T - Roast nuts, light malts, brown sugar, apples, and floral hops

M - smooth, medium in body and carbonation

O - Overall a very good tripel, and nicely balanced with the sweet sugary and fruitty flavours together with the nutty/malty tones.

A: The beer is hazy pale golden yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away, consistently leaving a puffy thin head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Aromas of sweet malts are present in the nose along with notes of cloves and hints of yeast.
T: The overall taste is similar to the smell, except that the yeast flavors are a little more prominent and there are faint hints of bananas.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation along with some notes of dryness towards the finish.
O: This beer tastes a bit strong but manages to hide its alcohol rather well. It's not as fruity and alcoholic compared to some other triples.
