330ml bottle poured into the Leffe chalice.
I have been drinking this stuff for years so I guess it's time to sit down, write a review and actually think about what's in the glass.
Very clear gold. Head is a consistant foamy layer. There is a pleasant milky chai smell. Somewhat sweet and yeasty with aromas of banana skin and candy.
Supple and easy drinking. Crisp Co2 bite produces delicate mouthfeel with a soft chewy texture. Lemon pound cake flavors along with granola. There are also flavors of ripe pear, banana and honey. Some bitterness and spice. Powdered sugar on the finish.
Overall, a simple pleasing beer.
