Appearance: Pours a golden yellow color that is completely translucent. It had a big white head.
Smell: Sharp spicy citrus aroma, some yeastiness and a bit of malts hang gently in the back of the nose.
Taste: This is a very sweet beer with a straightforward flavor of sweet citrus malts and citrus lemon spiciness, sprinkled with yeast, in a watery body.
Mouthfeel: A bit average for the style. The Belgian Pale Ale (blonde) tends to be very light weight; making it a refreshing summer beer but body of this beer seems to come from the carbonation which only holds up for so long.
Drinkability: Decent refreshing summer beer, easy drinking. It is very Belgian-eqe in many ways and yet light and quaffable.
Hope this is helpful.
