A. 12 oz. bottle. Light yellow and tawny with a white head.
s. Light fruits and belgian yeast.
T. Very flavorful. Fruit is apparant, dried raisin specifically makes an impression. Also a helping of banana goodness comes from that funky yeast. Has some characterics of a Hefeweizen but much more complex. Sweetish.
M. A bit excessively carbonated in my opinion, but still a fine drinker.
D. This is a very good BPA. If you're looking for a great hop profile, I'd look elsewhere. If you're looking for a very well balanced, complex belgian style pale ale, here it is.
