A- Clear golden body with a white head that leaves an interesting lacing behind. Lots of carbonation.
A- Sweet malt with a spiciness to it. Slightly tart with a definite clove aroma.
T- This is not a belgian pale ale. Smooth sweet wheaty flavor, some spice and clove flavors into the aftertaste and that "dirty-dishwater" wheat flavor. Mixed with some hot salsa I got a taste of cream soda.
M- Incredibly smooth medium body with high carbonation.
D- Honestly it isn't my favorite, I'm typically into lighter Belgians. Quite drinkable though.
