Poured into a tulip glass:
A- Poured a clear golden-amber with a bright white head that dissipates to leave a thin white lacing along the edges of the glass.
S- Some sour fruitiness paired with spices (coriander and clove like). Very clean smelling, maybe even some lemon scents in there.
T- Light tasting malts followed by a good sized spice profile, then some astringent and sour notes in the finish. Gives it a bit of a zing.
M- Effervescent, but still would consider this to be medium bodied.
D- Thought this would be a good springtime beer. The spices kind of get old after a few glasses (starts to taste sort of artificial), but definitely a good change up. I think of this one as a budget Belgian beer.
