Pours orange/crimson with much effervescence & 2 fingers if cream colored head. Some chill haze develops, great head retention & good lacing
S: Grapefruit & pineyness, some floral notes
T: Big pineyness & some grapefruit & bit of biscuitty malt dryness up front. Some peppery (rye?) notes, more dryness & woody hops once warm & a little grapefruit. Finishes dry, crisp, peppery with just a touch of grapefruit & woodyness
MF: Medium bodied, slightly over carbonated, alright balance, Carbonation turns prickly once warm
I feel like these guys have kind of beat this horse to death, same abv, seems like the same yeast, very similar favor profile year to year & getting less interesting . Drank easy but nothing to get excited about
