pours a pale yellow with a thick and super white head. A bit of sediment in this very hazy offering. The head dissipates slowly, leaves a bit of lacing.
A vibrant wheat aroma, a bit of grass, some cloves and minimal banana. Smells sweet and light and quite nice. A bit of citrus hops, but very very faint.
Taste starts out a bit watery, then fills the tongue with a solid wheaty base, followed by a bit of tannin with a hint of grassy and earthy bits. finishes with a clean yeasty character and a bit of lemon like hop. Mouthfeel is nice, vibrant and the finish is very clean and refreshing.
Not a bad offering. could use a little more citrus hop, but still very refreshing. Would make an excellent summer brew that is quite sessionable.
