On-tap at the Brewhouse
The pour is a cloudy golden orange color with a white head. Sweet fruit aromas and just tons of apricots, especially the fruit skin. A touch of sugar and bread, a little bit of a green note to the aroma, too. Definitely on the sweet side with some bread and sugar notes, but mostly this is just super fruity. Tons of apricot flesh and skin flavor make for a really enjoyable beer. I guess as far as beer nerds go, this is sort of a guilty pleasure libation.

Poured a lighter peach color with good carbonation and a small white head. Nose is clean, crisp, apricot and some wheat. Taste is very smooth, crisp with light apricot pronounced, dash of hops and just right on the body and the apricot was not overdone. Not only that it did not taste artificial or astringent. Very refreshing and drinkable at about 5% ABV.
