It's a dive, simple as that. They have a handful of taps and a full bar. The bar is tiny and it's often packed. Beer selection is bad.
There isn't very much space in this little place, and for some festivals they have shows inside, which is really kind of a joke.
I really don't like this place and always avoid it if I can.

If you are looking for a trypical "bar" then this is it. Arnie's isn't anything flashy or modern or trendy, but it just feels like it supposed to. First bar I went to regularly in Tulsa and return every now and again. The only drawback is $5 cover on Friday night for the live music, but that's just me. Always a good time, regardless. Also, shuffleboard. I think that should sum it up.
