Chilled 33cl bottle poured into a tulip glass.
A very handsome golden honey amber with a mild cloud like tinting without making it seem thick and/or creamy.
Pours with a reasonable amount of creamy head however you would need to pour it hard to generate anything more than 2 fingers. Lacing is good and sticky.
The aroma is packed full with a summer fruits from apple and pear to bananas. Those sweet notes however are held at bay by a very elegant roasting wheat.
Taste is dominated by a great combination of sticky yeast and alcohol esters. The fruits are there but they don't dominate the taste any where near the effect it had on the aroma.
Medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Tastes massive upfront and mellows down with soft alcohol. Overall its creamy and smooth, it is to the mouth what silk and soft angora are to the fingers haha.
Oh and also, the ABV is quite high even though doesn't really translate into the fluid
