Beer 2 from my Belgian sampler case. Poured a very hazy yellow with a white head that stuck around a bit.
The aroma was reminiscent of a field in early spring, lightly floral.
Taste was equally light with a range of citrus. Hops are there but not heavy handed.
The beer resided most heavily on the edges of the toungue and roof of the mouth. I could drink a few it doesnt demand I have another one right now.
I think it would pair well with a spring salad or maybe a seafood app.
