Pours a thick creamy head with descent retention, and sticky, patchy lace. The color is orange, with lots of small bubbles. Aroma of fruit, bubblegum, bread and citrus. Low hops. The taste is somewhat uncomplicated: a tart start, sweet middle and slightly dry finish. Medium bodied, lots of CO2. Nice warming effect.
IMHO This beer looks great, but otherwise,I don't get it. This tasted more like a Saison than a Tripel. The tartness was overwhelming. I might have gotten a bad bottle.
