Looks like a tripel. That pale straw colur, slighty cloudy, lot's of fizzy white head and tons of fine carbonation bubbles.
Slightly spicy and yeasty, sweet tart apple aromas. Pretty much a Belgian Tripel.
Flavour was pretty middle of the road and was tempted to score it .5 pts lower. Vrisp carbonations and a touch of bite from the booze. Yeasty, slight spicy, with that Belgian candy sugar sweetness almost overwelming the drisp apple-like tart flavour one looks for,
Giving it a good drinkablity because it is a decent example of the style that should be a first-timer's intro to the style. Drinkable, but not overwelming.
