Poured into a chalice. A bright golden with some lighter yellowish hues. Heading is absolutely amazing. Very thick and bubbley heading and excellent retention in which is free flowing from the bottom of the glass to the surface.
Smell is mostly notes of corriander.Very sweet sugars and a soft fruity yeast aroma.
Taste has alot banana from the get go. Fruity yeasts with some warming sugars that mixes well with the hotter alcohol. There is a slight tartness as well in the backend.
Mouth is medium bodied with excellent carbonation very alive and bubbley on the palate. Leaves a slight linger on the palate and numbness on the teeth.
An all around solid tripel.
