Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into a wine goblet.
Appearance: light golden hue with a slight opacity. Relatively little head, but lacy.
Smell: nice wheat aroma with a whiff of tart apple and a hint of citrus. Very nice.
Taste: wheaty, a little grainy, a little tart. Less of the fruitiness in the flavor, but there's still a little there which is quite nice.
Mouthfeel: nice medium body with some carbonation, although not quite enough for a tripel in my taste.
Drinkability: though the mouthfeel isn't quite as good as I like, the flavor helps make this quite a drinkable tripel.
Serving type: bottle
