This is a contract brew made by the Van Steenberge brewery for Fat Head's Saloon in Pittsburgh, PA. I don't know if it is another beer and that is an alias but I couldn't find anything about this beer.
Was served to me in a tulip glass with a seethru copper body and small lace patches. Had a thin, fruity aroma of berries and grapefruit with minimal hops and malts. Light-bodied and a little slick for a triple, but still had a good smoothness with dark fruits such as berry, grape and then a little orange/banana (tropical fruit) come out. The hops and malts are hidden for the most part, but there are times when some caramel and sugary sweetness and a little hop bitterness plus spiciness poke out, keeping this beer somewhat balanced. Not my ideal triple, but the ABV is well-hidden so no alkie burn and I found this beer to be enjoyable, so I recommend it for sampling. (876 characters)

The listing for this beer is inaccurate. The beer is actually an Ohio beer, and I had it served on tap at Spinoza's near Dayton, Ohio. It's an easy drinking tripel with a 10%+ ABV that is concealed dangerously. The mouthfeel is just about perfect for a tripel, but it doesn't have the big yeast flavors that I look to find in tripels, and the smell was also lacking. Overall, the mouthfeel of this beer competes with any tripel, but the rest was somewhat lacking.

Regarding the previous review, it may be a contract beer from Belgium, but either way it's not Fat Head's best work. I recommend checking out their fantastic Imperial IPA and Pumpkin Ale instead. (660 characters)
