Pours honey gold with a huge foamy white head. Some lace. Very pretty.
Big yeast and sweet wheat and malt in the nose. A little musty grain, some fruit and a little spice.
Nice belgian blond. Malt up front, some yeast and grain, then alcohol, some spice, leading to lighter bitterness and boozy notes in the end. Enjoyable, but missing something? Some light tropical fruit. I want a little bite in the end, and everything just kinda fades.
A little mushy. Needs a touch more carbonation.
Overall, not bad. The flavors are there, though a bit flawed. Very worth a try, though not my favorite.

Poured a 11.9 oz bottle. A white fluffy root beer float type head ....nice. Lace left slung on glass. Very hazy - bottle conditioning of course. Strong sent of bananas and cloves. Citrus , yeast , bread flavors. Nice silky smooth mouth feel almost creamy. Nice complex example of the style.

Nice golden ale, pleasingly rounded and with a good palate.
Presentation: 33 cl brown capped bottle. Label displays the branding with the image of a monk turning the mash in a stained glass like illustration. Served in a tulip glass.
A - Slightly hazy golden pour, towering frothy head with good retention, nice surface memory and lacing.
S - Yeasty nose with citric touches, peppery hint and a hint of bready malts...
T - And the mouth follows nicely with that soft yeasty sense, touches of muted hoppy citric notes, with light peppery hints, and biscuity malt.
M - Medium-light body with medium carbonation, fine bubbles with a nice soft semi-dry finish.
O - Very nice flow, somewhat generic but with enough flavor and rhythm to make it notable.
Notes: Fair enough, nothing for the ages but rather approachable, very good to share socially and engage people in quality brews. I confess I´m holding a Jeroboam of this for something next week, and I think it should work really well.

Poured from a 330 ml bottle. It pours a hazy light orange colour, semi-transparent. Head was two fingers but went off quickly, still leaving hala a finger head behind.
Aroma is of fruits. Taste is strong, fruity and a bit of the alcohol traceable. Very pleasantly drinkable. Mouthfeel is thick and quite carbonated. Overall a really great beer!

Simply superb. Clear burnished gold with a monstrous lump of white foam that clung to the tulip glass for the entire drinking session. Intense carbonation kept it light and lively the whole way through. Bright and complex flavors abound: vanilla, banana, rosewater, lemon rind, and Easter grass. Smooooth. I mean really silky smooth. But dry as a bone and endlessly drinkable. The stuff slid down the gullet with ease. Maybe the mood struck me just right, but goddamn this was a really standout Belgian ale.

Without reservation, this is probably the second most beautiful looking beer on the planet! Big ole' thick creamy head. Looks like whipped cream was added from the middle of the brew! Orgasmic! A little tart on the taste, not oft style. Very grainy and gritty. Straw pale looking appearance also. A bit sour however, which is somewhat unattractive. Medium bodied, very crisp just a bit too astringently fruity on the back. A definite keeper.

Very slightly hazy golden color with a ridiculous amount of head. If I had something tall enough to hold it all I estimate that this whole bottle would produce over 2 feet of head.
Very fragrant with citrus and some yeast. Spectacular.
A hint of eisbock character, a higher alcohol sweetness. Everything else in the flavor is a combination of citrus, but not heavily hoppy citrus, and some yeast.
Feels light, slightly dry, and clean with a medium tingling.
