To clarify, this title should have 9000 in it, as this is what the bottle says.
Pours dark red and slightly cloudy. Aromas of vanilla and cherry strongly suggest oak aging. Flavor adds a spicy kick with some hints of cloves. Finish has some acidity and a slight bitterness, with more hints of vanilla.
This is a very nice beer, but not as bold a flavor as I'd expect from a quad.

Been passing up on trying this beer for a very long time.
Great malty tone to this with a distinct and consistent sweet edge. Way too easy to drink. Strikes me much more as a strong amber ale, but who cares. It's a nice hearty ale that carries mellow, yet pointed, sweet tones. Like I said, way too easy to drink. A great beer.
