This IPA served chilled at the Draught House Pub in Austin shows a somewhat cloudy amber color with a solid white foam and great lacing. The aroma brings a full citrus hop hit followed by a woodsy/leafy character. The taste buds get a similar impression with grapefruit and orange bitterness mixed with a sort of swampy-malt funk that balances it out nicely. This stuff is of medium body, with a lively carbonation and effervescent feel. A good mix of hoppy bitterness and sweetness.
Serving type: on-tap
