I have mixed feeling about this place. On one hand, excellent house made beers, and high quality crafts. Though on the other, nothing flows right here. The bar is directly in front of the entrance, and seats about 10. Though there really is no point in sitting there. You will not get served at all. All the tap handle towers basically make a barrier between you and the bartenders. Everyone has to congregate and make a line in the middle of the bar area. Which takes a long time to get anything. The line is always out the door. Wood tables and booths are scattered about inside. Which gives it a a worn in old pub feel. There is an area outside, but all metal yard tables that gives it a cheep kind of feeling.
The servers do know the beer to a T, but like I said above it all takes forever. Even on a slow early afternoon.
They always have a handful of their own beers which are good. The Wilson ESB on cask was one of the best American version I have had. Lots of Texas micros and other US micros
Overall, I like the place. I am just not going to spend all day here, like I could with the Gingerman or Uncle Billy's.
