Poured from bomber into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a medium golden color with a gigantic white head. The head was huge but faded fast, so the pour had to take place in multiple step additions. After fading completly the head left only a very light spotty lacing.
Smell – The smell is light and is of a bready an lighter sweet fruit/veg aromas of a apple and corn.
Taste – The taste begins of bread and caramel malt sweetness. Soon flavors of a lighter citrus nature come to the tongue. Mixed with the citrus are some flavors of an earthy taste. These flavors diminish the caramel flavor as the taste advances but a sweet corn and malty flavor takes it place. .In the end, a pleasant sweeter (for a lager) and very lightly bittered taste is left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the beer is on the lower and thinner side with a very high level of carbonation. The carbonation and body are both very good for the brew and make it quite refreshing and easy drinking.
Overall – Not too bad. A bit on the sweeter side for a lager, but refreshing and very easy drinking none the less. It has nice flavor transitions and a nice feel, which when coupled with the lighter and more refreshing body make for a good session beer.

Poured into a pint glass.
4.0 A: Crystal clear medium yellow color. Despite this not being bottle conditioned, there's a fuck ton of carbonation in this and I needed a few pours to get a full glass. Why would they carb it this much. Big foamy white head. Retention is pretty good and lots of lacing is left.
3.5 S: Fairly potent grassy and spicy hoppiness. Grainy malts with a moderate sweetness. A touch of wort-iness to this as well. Could be a tad cleaner, but overall smells good.
4.0 T: The taste has a good amount of hops in it as well. Grassy, spicy, and earthy in that order. Low bitterness. Grainy malts with a light sweetness and a lot cleaner than the nose suggested. Very nice.
3.5 M: Lighter medium to medium body. A bit overcarbonated, but not too much. Lightly creamy and smooth enough.
4.0 D: Solid beer. 'Nuff said.

A: The beer is clear deep golden yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that quickly died down and left only a thin ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Aromas of grassy hops, grapes and lemons are present in the nose along with some hints of sweet malts.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has grape-like flavors with notes of pale malts and a good amount of malty sweetness.
M: It feels a bit shy of medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The beer feels a bit crisp and clean like a pilsner.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has some interesting flavors.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale golden yellow in color with some light visible carbonation. The beer has a quarter finger tall white head that quickly reduces to a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light lacing is observed.
S: The aroma of this beer is not too intense but is very pleasant with some sweetness and hints of lemon. Some lighter hints of toasted grains and grassy hops.
T: The flavor starts out a little sweet upfront and there are some grassy hops as well. I can detect some light fruit (grape) as well as quite a bit of lemon and some spicy yeast in the finish.
M: On the lighter side of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp.
O: Very easy to drink and definitely sessionable - I could see picking up a sixer of this the next time I'm a backyard cook-out (when I'm in the South). It has a refreshing flavor and is quite enjoyable. The beer is nicely balanced.

From notes on 02/22/12:
Bottled: 11/11/11; Poured in a pint glass.
A - One inch white creamy head that doesn't stick around too long; Clear appearance with a golden color; Some carbonation can be seen in the glass; Minimal lacing left behind
S - Not an overly strong aroma; Notes of apples, lightly toasted grains, sweet syrup, doughy yeast, and just a bit of lemon
T - Similar to the smell, but there's much more presence here; There's flavors of apples, barley and grains, biscuity malts, spicy/herbal hops, and a hint of lemon; Decent amount of sweetness in the taste with a bit of hop bitterness to bring some balance
M - Carbonation is a bit above average; Light to medium bodied; Pretty crisp with a fairly dry finish
O - Overall, this is a solid offering from Legend. Although this lager doesn't really stand out within the style, it has a nice flavor and is super drinkable and sessionable. I could definitely enjoy quite a few of these in one sitting while hanging out with some friends.

Like most lagers that I've had, this is lacking in aroma. I get some grain qualities in it, but it's very subdued. It doesn't smell bad, it just lacks aroma.
The look of the beer is quite nice though. It's brightly clear with a big white foamy head and nice carbonation. Lacing isn't anything to write home about, but at least it's there.
Again, the flavor is pure grain. It starts with grain, mid palate is grain, and finish is super grainy. Nothing wrong with this, again, but I expected more.
The beer is light bodied with moderate carbonation and is super drinkable. It has a dry finish as well. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone but BMC drinkers that I'm trying to convert. It's just kind of plain.

12 oz bottle brewed on 11/11/11.
A: Clear and golden with good effervescence; one finger head dissipates into a stable thin layer after a minute or two.
S: Apples, lightly roasted malts, alcohol and a little stale bread on the nose.
T: Freshly baked bread and yeast tastes coat the tongue, along with a little of sour green apple. This is actually quite pleasant tasting for a session lager. I can't taste any hops, and would've liked a little bit more bitter to go with the sour. Usually I get a certain "off" taste in lagers, but there is none here for me.
M: Medium bodied with a healthy level of carbonation.
This is quite good from Legend. This wouldn't be my #1 craft lager, but there's nothing unpleasant about it and I could see buying a 6 pack of this and enjoying it.
