A- Pours a hazy amber/ copper colored with a creamy two finger off white head. Talk about hang time, this head doesn't know how to quit. After five minutes there is still a one finger head. 10 minutes reveal a decent cap that remains until the final swallow. Ironically the lacing from it is light. Huh.
S- Modest hop bitterness with lemon, pine and juicy tropical fruit notes. A sweet malt presence backing it up.
T- Right away there is a battle for supremacy of my glass. The subtle bitterness in the nose is re-enforced with a powerful flavor bomb that brings out the citrus, pine and tropical fruit. Not to be outdone however the sweet bready malts step it up as well. Somewhere in the middle the malt flavor gains ground and takes the lead. But in the end the bitterness pushes back and in a bittersweet stalemate, Peace resumes. There are no losers here.
M- Medium bodied brew leaving a buttery/waxy feel.
O- This brew is a perfect example of a Midwest IPA. Bold hop presence with a strong malt backbone. I've had this beer before and I don't think I cared for it as much as this go around. Maybe they tweaked the recipe, maybe my pallet. Good overall and I will enjoy this one again.

Clear gold. Smells of hops and malty bread hints. Taste is bitter like sucking on a citrus peel throughout. Very hoppy but not anything special.

Pours a bright gold straw with a finger of white foam reducing to sheets of lacing. Nose is citrus, dank, earth and bitter hop. Taste follows suit. Very basic WCIPA. Fairly bitter and earth. Finish is chewy but crisp. Decent.

A: pours an medium amber gold with slight sediment swirls. Medium foamy head that has a slight yellowish tint. Extremely nice lacing bubbly pattern that clings till the end. Light carbonation bubble streaming to the top.
S: mainly piney with a touch of citrus. Sweet honey or molasses upon deeper aspiration. Heavy on malt scent in my opinion.
T: very light. i mean very light citrus with an incredible hoppy flavor. You can tell it is american hops. A slight earthy floral after taste.
M: definitely medium body. Incredible on the palate but does not cover many taste buds. Refreshing , but not thirst quenching. Slight astringency especially on the lips and tongue.
O: Overall i would recommend this American Ipa. It is an excellent starter, but is lacking in the flavor profile and the scent may be stand offish. 10$ for a sixer and 6.9 abv with a decent taste is the selling point for me. Hope this makes your selection easier. CK954

Poured from bottle with an orange color with an average head. Aroma of pine and caramel. Flavors included earthy and hoppy elements. Firm bitterness was the best thing going for this one.

Look: Amber with a surprisingly large white head.
Smell: Huge blast of sweet hops and citrus. There's definitely no subtlety about this one.
Taste: Very bitter and heavy on the hops like any IPA. Some citrus and floral notes.
Mouthfeel: Not too thick, not too thin, just enough carbonation. Right in the middle.
Overall: I've never really been a fan of IPAs, and I often feel like there's a sort of competition in bitterness. That said, this isn't bad.

I was in heaven from the second I tasted this beer. I bought as a pick 6 from kroger and my only complaint is that I only picked 1. The best tasting apa I have ever had. Very great tasting my joke is its a bit nutty (69?) For the average non snobby beer fan it is a must.
