Old Elephant Foot is a hoppy American IPA complimented by soft malt undertones. Northern Brewer, Centennial, and Cascade in the kettle, then dry-hopped with some more Cascade and Centennial.

Made with Northern Brewer, Centennial, and Cascade hops.
Clear, caramel in color forming a small white head with mild retention and lacing. Aroma is pungent with pronounced Cascade hops and little else (perhaps honey). Mouthfeel is crisp and very acidic with a medium body. Taste is also very pungent with pronounced citric and oily hops. Very much a heartburn brew with a medium strong citric grapefruit rind bitterness. Alcohol is midly perceptable in flavor. A bit overpowering, out of whack, and true to west-coast offerings. Not my bag but well-made.

16oz can "Canned On 06/23/23" poured into a "Wobble" glass shows a clear, bright, yellow-gold body with a 1/4" cap of white foam leaving sparse lacing.

Strong fruity aromas waft from the glass backed by pine resin and biscuit malt.

Flavors match with citrus and stone fruits joining pine resin in an easy drinking, and familiar taste.

Mouthfeel hints at stickiness, but remains clean and full.

Overall a solid example and dangerously drinkable.

A smooth pour from tap. Amber gold appearance slight hoppy malt aroma.
Smooth over the pallet with a mild hoppy after kick!
Very good!

Bought the can in a local beer store for over 6€.

Pours a two inches white head in my Guinness Pint, look is golden/amber and very opaque.

Smells is quite strong on centennial hops, taste follows the nose too, a bitter American IPA like I generally enjoy them.

Made and brewed in Florida but could have very well be from California.

Cheers!
