As the latest addition to the brewery’s range, our I.P.A. has already made a name for itself. I.P.A. stands for India Pale Ale, a British type of brew in which the alcohol percentage and hop recipe were boosted so that the beer would survive the long sea voyage to the colonies. This recipe turned out to be a real winner and quickly became popular.
Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. We add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of flowers and grapefruit. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

Picked up a bottle of this at my hotel in Den Haag.
The beer pours a light copper amber color with really good head retention and lacing. The nose is attractive as well, showcasing light tropical fruit, clove, white pepper and sandalwood. The flavor profile isn't quite as impressive or enjoyable, though it's not bad. It's very dry in the finish, with a decent amount of bitterness. The flavor profile is a bit lean, but I don't mind that in this style of IPA. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied, with a clean, moderately bitter finish. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and so drinkability is pretty decent.
Nothing earth shattering here, but this is still a decent, easy to appreciate IPA.

330 ml bottle, at 6,5% abv, poured in a tulip glass.
Pours golden-yellow, two finger white head, medium retention, medium carbonation, micro bulbs
Label announces an overdose of flavours stating it is dryhopped infused with Citra, Mosaic and Cascade.
Smell, grapefruit and serious bitter hoppiness.
Mouth feel creamy. Grapefruit runs to light notes of dark chocolate, bitter aftertaste, dry bitter, a little too much maybe.
Would have expected more fruitiness in this one. Where is it. But it has strength and a fully hoppy flavour. Should be a bit tuned over next editions to get an edge over competitors. Extra dimension in taste missing.
But not a bad beer at alll

Poured from bottle into tulip good 1+ finger cream colored head, great retention and lacing. Bright golden in the glass, severe chill haze. Getting Belgian phenols on the nose, nice, slight citrus underneath. Taste is big Belgian esters up front, fruity, juicy fruit some citrus, grapefruit , and on to a big dry finish. Slight grapefruit pith remains on the palate, somewhat tannic, but not going to ding it because this beer has a best by date of 11-2021 which 4 1/2 months ago, sucks it was in the back of the fridge. Nice flavor profile, would love to see more beers like this on the shelves near me

330 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 7%. Cloudy golden colour, huge white head. Lovely aroma of fruity hops (citrus, tropical fruits). Fairly soft mouthfeel for an IPA.. Distinct and rich hoppy flavour throughout, but the bitterness is not extreme. Some sweetness, but not too much.

Bottle at Wingman Aachen Germany
Typical IPA out of Holland. Pours almost clear. Remaining film reminds you of fruit.
