A: Hazy golden straw color with a few trace bits of sediment floating around. Very minor. Minimal to no head and lack of lacing. Carbonation seems very low too.
S: Mild sourness hits the nose, hint of lemon, hay, coriander. Smells similar to a Belgian Wit beer with the exception of added tartness. Smells highly drinkable and quenching.
T&M: Light and drinkable. Carbonation is low to medium but doesn't detract from the overall experience. Taste consists of some salted tartness, lemony tang, and coriander tones.
O: The only other Gose I've tried is Cascade Brewing's seasonal Gose and it was excellent, although American brewed so I haven't yet been able to compare it to something traditional. I'm pleasantly surprised that Cascade's is spot on and holds up to this, if not is slightly better. I would buy this again if it were slightly more carbonated and more readily available.

11.2 oz bottle with no freshness date poured into a wine glass. 4.6% ABV
Appearance: Pours a golden yellow color with 1 finger of a white head that dissipates to a thin wispy coating and collar.
Smell: Bread, wheat, apple and a weird grainy funkiness (not a good funkiness)
Taste: Lightly sweet upfront with an extremely mild sourness. Flavors are lemon, wheat and mild spice. Slight saltiness comes through in the finish and aftertaste. Flavors are really weak.
Mouthfeel: LIght medium bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. No alcohol detectable.
Overall: Pretty disappointed in this one. An odd aroma and weak flavor profile make this one I won't likely revisit.. Maybe this was a bad/old bottle, but without knowing for sure, I'd have to recommend avoiding this one.
