11.2 Fl. Oz. 4.6% ABV
SRM: Yellow 3
A: Hazy golden color. Sediment chunks float quickly to the bottom. Haziness in the glass with white head that diminishes fairly quickly.
S: Sour acidic nodes come to fruition quick upon first whiff. Earthy nodes also travel up the nose, though not sure I would say barnyard-esq. Slight fruit smell coming over the top of it all, but not too noticeable.
T: Sour and acidity balances well across the palate with malty sweet fruits. Cherries seem to have been the choice for this brew.
M: Light in body and tartness is also very mild. The balance seems to be spot-on with this beer. Temperatures around 50˚F seem to be a good balance between flavor and refreshment.
C: Great beer! In comparison to a traditional Kriek, this beer definitely has the balance I prefer, though this doesn't mean the Kriek is/was poor. Definitely more in line with a Berliner Weißbier. The floaties in the beer also add a cool effect to the experience and leaves no doubt to the fact that this is unfiltered and bottle conditioned! Prost!

11.2 oz bottle with no freshness date poured into a wine glass. 4.6% ABV
Appearance: Pours a golden yellow color with 1 finger of a white head that dissipates to a thin wispy coating and collar.
Smell: Bread, wheat, apple and a weird grainy funkiness (not a good funkiness)
Taste: Lightly sweet upfront with an extremely mild sourness. Flavors are lemon, wheat and mild spice. Slight saltiness comes through in the finish and aftertaste. Flavors are really weak.
Mouthfeel: LIght medium bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. No alcohol detectable.
Overall: Pretty disappointed in this one. An odd aroma and weak flavor profile make this one I won't likely revisit.. Maybe this was a bad/old bottle, but without knowing for sure, I'd have to recommend avoiding this one.
