750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Deep golden body. Small white head. Thick collar.
Smell - Spicy. Vanilla gives it some depth. Light bit of cola or root beer aroma. Cardamon is strong, too.
Taste - Lightly tart. Very lightly tart. Wheat and very light grain. Cardamon is strong here too. Vanilla and very spicy in the finish. I don't get a lot of salt, but it's got some mineral character back there.
Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation. Light body.
Overall - Loaded with spice, which keeps it interesting.
