A: Pours a hazy pale grapefruit juice yellow with a one and a half inch white head which fades slowly to the rim leaving some spots of lace.
N: Tart lemony wheat with fruity green apples/pears along with some sweetness and grape must.
T: Grainy wheat, tart and lemony. Fruity and floral with some damp hay.
M: Light body and moderate fizzy carbonation. Finish is tart with lemon zest and slightly moldy wheat.
O: Enjoyable on a warm late afternoon. Easy to drink.
