Like all of our ales, Coopers Mild Ale is naturally conditioned in the bottle or keg, without the use of any additives or preservatives. To give Mild Ale that distinctive cloudy appearance, make sure to roll the bottle before opening.

Will be doing a little driving later this evening, so going with the Cooper's Mild for tonight's review. Poured from a 375ml bottle into a tulip.
Look: Pours a light yellowy bronze with about 1cm of white head. Tight little bubbles that quickly fade to nothing.
Smell: Little bit of biscuity malt, then the pretty standard coopers yeastiness.
Taste: Much like the smell. A little malty, a little yeasty, a mild bitterness near the end. pleasant, but a bit nothing.
Feel: Light bodied and bordering on being watery. Carbonation is tingly, not a bad length of flavour.
Overall: It is like a lighter version of the pale. I certainly see a place for it, though with more micro's delving into the midstrength's it might get pushed out a bit. It's something I drink every now and again and will continue to go back to.

Poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a mild bronzed orange to copper color with not so lasting finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head. Yes, it quickly slid off to give some sliding lace.
The aroma had some biscuit, light butter, clean mineral water, clean floral hops, and ended with some sweet earth.
The flavor combined the prior mentioned aromas together semi-sweet with a brisk floral to earthy and biscuity to yeasty aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about light bodied, perhaps just a touch over and having a wonderful sessionability (I could slam this all day if I wanted to). Carbonation felt good. ABV felt appropriate. Super biscuity/yeasty finish with some butter and toast.
Overall, it works for the style. I'd have again with some fish n'chips.

Copper and slightly cloudy, with no visible carbonation. Topped with a half finger of whitish head.

Smells of hard water, pears, and slightly Bready.

It starts with hard water, very pizza- yeasty quality, biscuit, pumpkin spices , and finishes with a very floral yeasty quality.

Light body, spicy carbonation.

Found and drank in Perth, Australia, August 17, 2017. Very good and interesting brew. My first in this style, on my first day down under!

Reviewed from notes taken on a trip to Sydney but not entered until after being back for a while.

The beer pours a pale golden straw color with a slight haze that seems to be yeast from bottle conditioning. The 1/4" white head recedes fairly soon and leaves light scattered spots of lacing. By the middle of the beer the lacing and any speckles of foam are long gone.

The aromas include the malt, some citrus and floral notes here and there along with hints of spice.

The flavors are mild (as might be expected from the name), fresh and clean with good balance. As expected from the nose they include a nice touch of malt with some fruity and floral character from the hops. There is also a nice light clean touch of bitterness.

The mouthfeel is on the light side of medium bodied and slightly crisp from the fine, persistent carbonation. The finish is medium short and begins as the malt sweetness fades away to turn try and light bitterness that invites another sip.

Overall I enjoyed this beer and think it a great choice for an evening out with friends or when at a party and expecting to have to drive later. The caution I would make is that if you are wanting/expecting lots of strong flavors this beer isn't for you. The flavors are clean, crisp and light, with emphasis on "light."

This traditional brewing approach provides the smooth malt character which is balanced by a triple hopping with Pride of Ringwood and Saaz hops. The brew is fermented similarly to its stablemates Pale and Sparkling Ale, with the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
